Motion Sensor for Targeted Protection
Equipped with a passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor, the bird repeller offers targeted protection. The PIR sensor detects movement within a 130-degree fan-shaped area, up to a distance of 10 metres (approximately 30 feet). When motion is detected, the device activates and starts to broadcast predatory calls and distress calls. The motion sensor ensures that you only deter birds when and where they pose a threat.
The device operates only during the day. This aligns with the natural behaviour of pest birds, who are mostly active during daylight hours.
AUTO Mode for Larger Areas
For larger-scale applications, such as farms or orchards, the audio bird repellent also features an AUTO mode. In this mode, the device operates on a preset time interval, generating sounds every 5 to 30 minutes. This is perfect for protecting larger areas of up to 1 acre (approximately 4,400 square metres) and does not require activation from the motion sensor. Set it up and let the device work autonomously.
